Any questions pertaining to competition registration should be directed to the Competition Coordinator at competition@ucbd.org.
Team members should register themselves (or be registered by their Captain) online, noting their affiliation for the purposes of payment (see “Payment Procedures” below).
$10 – Student registration fee
$15 – Non-student registration fee
$10 – Late registration fee (in addition to registration fee)
Registration fees permit competitors to enter an unlimited number of dances subject to level eligibility. Registration fees include free admission to the event area.
October 14, 2008 – Deadline for registration and payment without late fee (11:59 p.m.)
October 14, 2008 – Online registration closes (11:59 p.m.)

Anyone who does not register by the registration deadline should email the Competition Coordinator directly at competition@ucbd.org.
Anyone who postmarks their registration fee by October 14 deadline (see “Payment Procedures”), but who does not register online by the deadline, will need to pay the late registration fee at the competition before they can compete.
Anyone who registers online by October 14 deadline, but does not postmark their registration fee by the deadline, will need to pay both regular and late registration fees at the competition before they can compete. Please do not mail us any payments after October 14.
Competitors registering by the deadline will have the ability to modify their events (without penalty) until online registration closes on October 14, 2008. All further modifications must be done on the day of competition, if permitted.
Competitors may drop events on the day of the competition without paying any additional fees. Competitors may add events on the day of the competition without paying any additional fees. However, competitors may only add events if doing so does not change the number of heats, and shall be subject to the discretion of the Chairperson of the Judges.
The postmark deadline for all payments is October 14, 2008.
Unless prior arrangements are made with the Competition Coordinator, failure to submit fees by the postmark deadline will incur the late registration fee. Anyone who does not postmark their fees by the deadline should not mail their payment (registration fee plus late fee), but submit it at the competition.

Teams are encouraged to submit the payment for all team members in one check.
Registration fees will be refunded if the refund request is received before October 14. To request a refund, please send an email to the Competition Coordinator at competition@ucbd.org. After the deadline, only those who have a documented illness or injury that prevents participation in the competition will be able to receive a refund of their registration fees (subject to verification by the Competition Coordinator).
